Secretary’s Wisdom
Description
The Secretary is responsible for being a liaison between the house and outside organizations. He also organizes incoming mail and creates the Delta Digest (our alumni newsletter) every semester.
From the By-Laws
- The Secretary shall have charge of the mail table and shall forward mail as necessary.
- The Secretary shall be responsible for collecting and distributing House Institute mail.
- The Secretary shall maintain good relations between the Chapter and Alumni and shall produce a Delta Digest every six months.
- The Secretary shall be responsible for the timely completion of all regular administrative correspondence.
Fall Secretary
Duties
The fall-term secretary is responsible for the following:
- Sorting mail
- Reporting new AMs to nationals.
- Reporting new initiates to nationals.
- Organizing an event for Parent's Weekend
- Organizing an alumni event with at least 50% undergraduate attendance.
- Putting up nomination sheets for each election
